Program. Sunflower Sheds LLC (www.sunflowersheds.com) sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have provided a phone number and affirmatively opted in. Messages relate to quote requests, pricing and availability, delivery and installation scheduling, and — where you have separately consented — promotions, discounts, and seasonal offers.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on www.sunflowersheds.com, or by giving express consent to a Sunflower Sheds representative in person, by phone, or in writing. Consent is never required as a condition of purchase, is never pre-selected for you, and marketing and non-marketing consent are collected separately.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Sunflower Sheds does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
Opting out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP you will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again.
Rejoining. To start receiving messages again, reply START, submit a new form with the SMS consent box checked, or call us at 620-371-2415.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact Sunflower Sheds at 620-371-2415 or office@sunflowersheds.com.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control.
Supported carriers. Message services are available on major US wireless carriers.
Privacy. Your mobile number and SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Compliance. This messaging program is operated in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and applicable wireless carrier requirements.

Every building is quoted individually. Prices, sizes, options, and availability shown or discussed are estimates and are not a binding offer until confirmed in a written quote or signed agreement. Pricing is subject to change until an order is placed.
Delivery is included within 50 miles of our lot in Ensign, Kansas. Past 50 miles a fee applies based on distance. Delivery requires reasonable and lawful access to the site and a location prepared to receive the building. We are not responsible for damage to lawns, driveways, landscaping, irrigation, or underground utilities caused by delivery equipment when access is provided by the customer.
Rent-to-own agreements are separate written contracts between the customer and the rent-to-own provider. The terms of that agreement govern the transaction, and nothing on this website modifies it.
The text, photographs, logos, and design of this site are the property of Sunflower Sheds LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
This website is provided on an “as is” basis. Sunflower Sheds LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty provided with a building you purchase.
