Every shed comes standard with one window and an insulated metal roof. The metal roofs use bubble insulation, which keeps the shed much cooler through a hot Kansas summer. Shutters are available for an extra fee.
It is our roomiest shed, and it comes standard with a 4′ loft in each gable end. The lofts get your boxes up off the floor so you have room underneath for a lawn mower or a four wheeler. A lofted barn can also be finished out as a workshop or an office.
Yes — we build to order. If you need a different size, a door in a specific spot, or a building finished out as an office or a studio, call us and we will build it that way.
Yes, on every building we make. With a low initial payment, our sheds are available for every budget. No credit check! Terms run 24 to 60 months. It is delivered and set the same as a cash purchase, and at the end of the term you own it outright.
Kennels are built from a 1 run up to a 5 run. A two run or larger comes with divided runs inside, a doggie door in each run, and divider walls between kennels. Ask us about an insulated kennel for the cold months.
Delivery within 50 miles of our lot in Ensign is included in the price. Past 50 miles there is a small fee based on how far out you are. Ensign sits just southwest of Dodge City, so most of southwest Kansas is close by — call and we can give you a quote!
